JEM's QuirkyWorld: LEADERSHIP CONGRESS 2015

This leadership Congress also formerly known as Leadership Training Seminar has been a part of my student life for years. For almost four years I am a student leader and now the current president of my beloved organization, Psychology Society. This leadership Congress have played a big part in my career as an officer it taught me the importance of being passionate in your field and it gave me the values a student leader must possess. In this 3 days and 2 nights seminar we had certain speakers who are tested for their own leadership skills in their field. After learning from these experienced speakers we are challenged to apply what we learned in our organizations and good for me because in my last year of being an organization officers I am looking for tips and strategies on how to become an effective student leader and because of this seminar I was able to find answers to my complicated questions.

This year's leadership congress is held in the rich and beautiful province of Alfonso, Cavite. The place that accommodated us the student leaders from the different campuses of CEU is Royale Tagaytay Country Club. "Ambiance is all that matters" that is what this country club can assure you because they are the first and foremost country club that offers a larger leisure complex that has facilities for other sports like basketball, tennis, badminton, swimming, bowling , driving range, billiards and table tennis.
